7. Sharing Your Data

icf6 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. icf6 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

Such safeguards may include contractual clauses requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, or reliance on the recipient's participation in a recognized data protection framework.

9. Data Retention

icf6 retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law. Specifically:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless a longer period is required for security investigations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, icf6 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, icf6 may be unable to delete data that it is legally required to retain, or data that is necessary to defend against a legal claim.

13. Minors

The icf6 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. icf6 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If icf6 discovers that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, it will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data to the extent legally permissible, and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on icf6, please contact icf6 support immediately so that the account can be investigated and closed.

14. Marketing Communications

With your consent, icf6 may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, and in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, tournaments, and other offers available on icf6. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from icf6
• Updating your communication preferences in your icf6 account settings
• Contacting icf6 support and requesting removal from marketing lists
